Since our formation, SAC has developed a national reputation for the ability to execute on a variety of site development projects. We have the knowledge and expertise to manage all aspects of site development: site identification, lease negotiation, regulatory review, zoning, and permitting. We are expert in setting up the project team, developing project specific tools and metrics, and driving the site development process. ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING
From the planning and design of tower projects and DAS networks, to the complex analysis of rooftop structural integrity, architecture and engineering is the centerpiece of SAC’s service offerings. Our design centers are managed by licensed architects and engineers who are some of the most experienced in the business. SAC's A/E Design-Production Center is fully scalable to accommodate the highest volumes, the fastest turnaround, and the most complex projects. With an expansive list of licenses, SAC can deploy A&E personnel anywhere in the country to serve our clients’ tower and DAS engineering needs.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
SAC is a leader in managing and executing wireless site construction. As a licensed general contractor we bring a sophisticated understanding of the scope, schedule, costs, and resources required for simple or complex projects. From new site builds to rooftop installations, full tower construction to overlays or antenna modifications, SAC provides the project managers, site supervisors, civil, electrical and tower crews with the expertise to execute with the safety and warranted quality our clients expect.

TECHNICAL SERVICES
The most expensive and vital components of any network need to be in trusted hands. SAC’s technicians are certified experts in installing and commissioning microwave radios, broadcast equipment and cellular base stations (GSM, UMTS, CDMA, WiMAX). Our technicians are manufacturer–certified, and regularly trained on new technologies and equipment to ensure new site commissioning, cut-ins and overlays are performed in compliance with network standards.

OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
SAC brings the same capabilities and expertise to Operations and Maintenance as it does to new deployments. Utilizing an electronic trouble-ticket process that can interface with any NOC or Operations group, we deploy team members to address landlord issues, perform climbed tower inspections, repair antennas or lines, or replace radios in the base station. And with over 60,000 square feet of controlled warehouse space in our permanent office locations, we can manage materials and spares for even our largest customers’ operational needs.
